The
National Police has arrested 56 pedophiles for distributing, through
the Internet, images of extremely serious abuses to very young children
in a macrooperation against child pornography in 28 provinces of Spain.
Most of those arrested are between 40 and 60 years old and can face up
to nine years in prison. There are three other people investigated, but not detained.
